Description

A 12-month learnership programme aimed at providing practical and theoretical training in production operations within a technical manufacturing environment. The programme is designed to equip learners with the skills and experience needed to work in production, exposing them to machine operations, production processes, and workplace systems. Successful candidates will receive a monthly stipend and will be placed within the company for the duration of the programme.

Responsibilities

• Assist with production line activities
• Learn production machine procedures
• Support operators and supervisors with operational tasks
• Understand operational workflow and distribution workflow
• Participate in skills assessments and practical training sessions

Qualifications

• Age: Must be between 18 and 28 years old
• Education: Grade 12 (Matric) with:
• Minimum of 50% in English – Essential
• Minimum of 50% in Mathematics – Essential
• Language: Ability to communicate in English (read, write, and speak) – Essential
• Commitment: Must be available and committed to complete a full year (12 months) of training in a technical environment
